As a “senior” volunteer with Girls on the Run, I have truly enjoyed my job guiding on the course and cheering on the participants. The culminating activity run is fabulous !! It is remarkable to watch the girls do their best and help one another. I am a retired phys ed teacher and it warms my heart to see the girls try so hard and then see the big smiles on their faces when they finish !! Girls on the Run is a fabulous organization and thank you for having me as a volunteer !
