My story is simple. Girls on the Run will forever be a part of me because I keep the core value “Lead with an open heart and assume positive intent,” so close to me. Literally. They hang in a few places in my office and home. When conflict arises in daily living or my work world, or in relationships, calling this to mind clears space for a little more compassion and kindness to help resolve whatever might be unsettled. I’m forever grateful to GOTR for these words of magic!
